Here's how to fix it in just 4 clicks!
1. Open the Messenger app on your mobile device and click the 3 lines on the top left corner
2. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the menu, next to your user name
3. Scroll down and click on “Photos & media”
4. Enable the second option “Open in external browser”
And that’s it! Now when you click on a link you’ll be directed to your browser and should be able to collect any reward with ease.
